Health & Safety

At Response nothing is more important to us than Health & Safety . This applies to our own staff, sub contractors, clients and the public. Health and Safety is paramount in our thoughts and starts at the design stage throughout the construction stage and continues into operations of our plants and facilities. Evidence of our beliefs  is borne out in the fact that we have an excellent health and  safety record on our projects and plants.

Response have a  proactive approach inorder to achieve  our goals of continually improving  the company and employees Health and Safety performance. Each year we review our incident records to identify  improvements that can aid us attain our ultimate goal to reduce our Accident Frequency Rate (AFR) to  zero.

We have a positive Health and Safety culture and hold regular internal Health & Safety reviews which contributes to our ability to closely monitor and correctly manage health and safety within the organisation. Allied to this, Response staff are given training in order to ensure that our staff are competent in their roles and we ensure that  their skills and training are current.
