At Response, nothing is more important to us than the Health & Safety of our own staff, sub-contractors, clients and the public.
Ensuring the highest possible standards of health and safety is a top priority in everything that we do – beginning at the design stage, working throughout the construction stage and continuing into the operation of plants and facilities.
We hold regular internal Health & Safety reviews, monitoring and effectively managing health and safety performance across our work. An on-going training process ensures that our staff have the skills they need for their roles and that those skills are up to date.
The attention that we pay to maintaining these standards is reflected in the excellent health and safety record we have on our projects and at our plants. The Accident Frequency Rate for Response Engineering is currently 0, meaning that literally nobody is safer than Response.
But we are not resting on our laurels. At Response, we take a proactive approach in order to continually improve our safety performance. Each year we review our incident records to identify improvements that can aid us maintain our Accident Frequency Rate at zero.
"Ensuring the highest possible standards of health and safety is a top priority in everything that we do."
